About the Project

As part of its international development strategy, VRROOM took part in CES 2023 to present its immersive entertainment platform to the global tech community. Hosted at the French Tech pavilion in Las Vegas, the brand showcased its vision for live virtual events and social experiences in the metaverse, supported by a curated selection of immersive content and VR demos.

The booth offered a hands-on introduction to VRROOM’s world, highlighting the platform’s capabilities through video loops, branded spaces, and on-site headset demonstrations. Visitors, partners, and media representatives were invited to explore concerts, events, and social features directly within VR, creating a direct bridge between real-world interaction and virtual engagement.

This participation also marked a key moment in VRROOM’s roadmap, with the CES showcase serving as both a brand visibility opportunity and a strategic milestone in its rollout to new international markets.

Booth visual identity

We designed the entire visual system for VRROOM’s exhibition booth, developing a consistent creative direction that reflected the platform’s brand universe. This included large-format wall prints, layout planning in line with French Tech branding, and adaptation to the technical specifications provided by Business France and CES organizers.

Screen content and video design

To enhance the booth experience, we produced several motion assets and video loops broadcast on the booth’s display screens. These included immersive teasers, excerpts from virtual concerts, UI showcases, and animated graphics — all edited to loop seamlessly and highlight the core features of the VRROOM platform.

Social media & event communication

In addition to booth production, we created tailored visuals and content to support online communication around VRROOM’s CES presence. This included teaser visuals, launch messages for social media, and adaptation of assets for press releases and partnership outreach during the event.

On-site supervision and brand representation

Our team was also present in Las Vegas throughout CES to oversee final setup and ensure brand consistency across the booth. We actively represented VRROOM on-site, welcoming guests, guiding them through the VR demos, and taking part in partner and press meetings to present the platform and its vision.
